A: Silent Lights will send your product to you via courier. Each product will arrive in a resuable box.

A: Delivery to anywhere in mainland UK is £4.70. FREE delivery for orders over £100. Delivery can be made to locations outside of mainland UK, please contact us for a quote.

A: Good news! Yes our prices do include VAT at the applicable rate, what you see is what you pay.

A: Yes, certainly! You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Q: Is there a limit on the number of items I can purchase?

Q: How do I know that you have sufficient stock levels before placing my order?
A: You can assume that the product is in stock if it's showing on the website. We temporarily remove products from showing on the website when we have run out of stock of the product.

Q: Is my new light suitable for outdoor use?
A: Yes. However, it must be assembled correctly. Details of this are in the instructions which are provided.
Q: What if I need help setting up my product?
A: Each product comes with a set of instructions. If you require further assistance please call our sales team on 01622 682255 or e-mail tellmemore@silentlights.co.uk and we will be happy to talk to you about any queries you have.
Q: How secure are my items?
A: Very! All the freestanding items come with pegs that are 30cm long that can be pushed into the ground. The nativity sets come provided with stakes that attach to them and can be placed into the ground.
Q: Can my product be hung up?
A: Yes. All products, except our nativity sets, come with fixing points from which they can be hung.
Q: How do I attach my product into the ground?
A: All of the free standing lights come with ground pegs that secure the light into soil. Our nativity sets come with attachable stakes that secure them into the ground. Please note: stars and doves are for hanging only.
Q: Will my light flash?
A: The shooting stars and the string lights have multiple flash settings, so you can choose which you prefer! They also come with memory, so that they remember the last setting you choose, clever!
Q: What if my cable won’t reach my power supply?
A: All our lighting products come with a cable of 3m. If you need more than that then you can purchase our 7m cable extension accessory which is £9.99, that way you can display your light up to 10m away from your property!
Q: I have purchased a nativity set, what is the best way to see it at night?
A: We think the best way is to use our set of 3 spotlights (£29.99) to light your nativity set.
Q: Is there much assembly required?
A: Very little, the lights and nativity sets are fully assembled when delivered. All you need to do for your light is plug it in! If you wish to attach the light or nativity set to the ground, you will need to attach the pegs or stakes. The set of spotlights requires some assembly, this allows you to choose how far apart each of the lights are. Q: Will my product take up a lot of space when it is not in use?
A: Very little. Each product is delivered in a box which can be reused later. These boxes are quite flat and could be stored easily out of the way.
